Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Cocos (Keeling) Islands Local Law - Camping 2009 was published in the Indian Ocean Territories Government Gazette 1st February 2010, and comes into operation 14 days after the date that is appeared in the Gazette.

Under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1995m (WA) (CKI), notice is hereby given of the Shire of Cococ (Keeling) Islands to hold an extra-ordinary election to fill the vacancy created by a member failing to make a declaration as required by the Act.
